She's ALIVE!

I absolutely love Halloween! It's a great time to let your inner creativity shine through. This Bride of Frankenstein's dress was made out of fabric leftovers and was held entirely together by safety pins!  To create the bandage-like effects, I wrapped strips of white fabric around both arms.  The voluminous hair was created using a "backcombing" technique. Backcombing uses a comb or brush to tease the hair in the opposite direction in which it grows. If you have long hair, it's best to work it around a sock bun. A color spray was used for the Bride of Frankenstein's infamous white streaks! Smokey eyes and dark lips completed this ghoulish glam look.  What you do you think of my costume? I would love to hear your feedback!
